Public Transit (MARTA)
By train, take the North or South rail line to the Arts Center MARTA Station (N5), located directly behind the Woodruff Arts Center (accessible). Exit the Arts Center Station at the top level by the Peachtree Street exit. You will be behind the Woodruff Arts Center. MODA is located directly across the street from the Woodruff Arts Center. Use the cross-walk at the intersection of 16th and Peachtree to reach our building.
For more information on MARTA schedules, maps, and connections from other transit providers, please visit the MARTA website.
If you choose to drive, there are public parking lots located in the Midtown Arts district, as well as metered parking available along Peachtree St NE. The paid Lanier parking deck located at 1337 Peachtree St NE is the closest deck in walking distance to the museum. We're also active supporters of Uber and Lyft if you choose to hitch a ride.
MODA enforces a strict no touching policy (except, of course, for any interactive exhibit elements like Wire & Wood’s Build A Guitar wall).
We do, however, encourage photos, videos, selfies, etc. Just no flash, please!
Backpacks, Bags, and Strollers
Visitors will be asked to check backpacks and bags that are larger than 12″ wide x 15″ high x 5″ deep as well as strollers and shopping bags at the front desk before entering into the exhibition.
All galleries and restrooms at MODA are wheelchair accessible. Additionally, MODA offers guided tours to groups or individuals with sight, hearing, or physical disabilities. Advance reservations are required.
If you are registering for a program, class, or camp and require an accommodation, please contact us in advance.
