Change the World: Futuristic Inventions with Deepti Suchindran

Calling all young inventors ages 5-10 years old! Join us for a special workshop with guest invention educator Deepti Suchindran. During this workshop we invite you to think about what your future world and life will look like. What sort of objects will you use in your daily life? How will you play or get around? What will you eat and drink? What will you wear? Join us in this workshop to play, design and invent using tons of different materials.

Deepti Suchindran is the CEO of Robotix USA, a robotics education startup that creates innovative educational robots for children and also provides robotics education programs. Passionate about inspiring the innovators and creators of tomorrow, Deepti and her sister Aditi lead Robotix. They co-founded a social initiative called Indian Girls Code that offers free coding and robotics education programs to underprivileged young girls in India with a special focus on an All Girl’s Orphanage.

Deepti obtained her Ph.D. in Neurophysiology from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 2011, and an undergraduate engineering degree in Biotechnology from Anna University, Chennai, India in 2004.
