In this Design Conversation, Randy will be interviewed by Holly Quarzo, professor of graphic design at SCAD.

About Randy J. Hunt

Randy J. Hunt was Head of Design at Artsy, where he led a team of designers who define and realize Artsy’s path to be the best place to buy, sell, and learn about art. Prior, he was VP of Design at Etsy for nearly eight years. In 2014, Etsy was honored with the Cooper Hewitt National Design Award for Corporate & Institutional Achievement. Randy is the author of Product Design for the Web, which explores the evolving discipline of software product design. He also co-founded Supermarket, a curated design marketplace, founded Citizen Scholar Inc. and worked at Milton Glaser Inc.

About Holly Quarzo

Holly Quarzo is a professor of graphic design at Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta with a focus on product design utilizing best practices in ux, ui, mobile and web. She is an award-winning instructor and Adobe Education Leader who enjoys striking a balance between doing and teaching.

Holly has diverse working experiences in user-centered, graphic, interactive, web, and mobile design projects. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies like AT&T, tech start-ups, and small businesses. She also has spoken at conferences like Adobe MAX, Adobe Education Leaders Summer Institute, AIGA Design Revival, universities and other tech groups.
